With 25 years experience in metal working, Tim Odell of Twisp, Washington uses his skills to make solid fire pits. When he saw the stamped metal fire pits made in China and sold in big box stores, he realized he could do much better.

Shown above is the 30" Hot Spot "Companero" fire pit. Each HotSpot fire pit is hand crafted from 3/16" thick or thicker carbon steel and built to last a lifetime. Tim also makes versions that are 24", 36 " 42" and 48" in diameter. All sizes feature a steel ring around and outside the perimeter. It is something you can rest your feet on during cold weather.

You can get a robust fire going in a 30" fire bowl. A 48" fire bowl is huge. Shown here is a man with a 48" ruler to give you an idea. Imagine how many good-sized logs you can fit in that size.
